What was the highlight of The Mayflower, Jakarta-Marriott Executive Apartments
Great pool and lovely staff but street traffic noise is loud at night on the City Side rooms.
The location is excellent, with a subway station right in front. The breakfast buffet and dinner menus were not extensive but had something for everyone and we ate several meals in the restaurant. The pool was great - a requirement as that is my main exercise when on work trips. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Room was fine but "city side" rooms could be very noisy at night from the motorcycle traffic on the street, especially 11-2 am. Some nights are worse than others. Needed my noise cancelling earbuds one night.

What was the highlight of The Mayflower, Jakarta-Marriott Executive Apartments
Highly convenient, value for money, spacious & clean apartment in Central Jakarta
Very spacious and with a 35th floor clear view of Jalan Sudirman & Jakarta city skyline especially alive at night. The master bedroom has 2 corner full height windows which opens out the space outwards & the single room is cozy and right sized. Each bedrooms & living room have a TV each with cable channels, not smart TV though but it’s ok as quite a range of selection already. All the staffs are extremely friendly and super responsive - we highlighted a crack in the electric kettle and it was replaced within an hour. We really didn’t hear any traffic noises despite the main road below, our bed was firm and comfy we probably slept through it all so it doesn’t matter even if it’s true. But the best part is the location - there’s a MRT entrance (ie. Setiabudi Astra station) right in front of the building, Jakarta shopping areas are just 2-3 stops either direction, and the airport rail connecting station (ie. Dukuh Atas BNI station) is just one stop north.
Expected to do laundry but there wasn’t any washing machine provided. The laundry service offer is in our opinion very expensive. However, as our return trip is only a day away, we chose to do laundry once home so this is really not an issue to us.
